Viewing due times and fluid balance indicators
You can see when fluid balance is due, or if it is overdue.
Viewing due times and fluid balance indicators on a mobile
For patients on fluid balance, you can show when entries are next due, or daily totals for input and output.

View your patient list.

On iOS, select Patients.

On Android, select > Patients.

View a list of options.
-
On iOS, select Show.

On Android, select and hold a patient's name.

Select Fluid balance due.
The time that the fluid balance entry is due is displayed to the right of the patient’s name.

If the time has a grey background, fluid balance is not due.

If the time has a green background, fluid balance is due.

If the time has a red background, fluid balance is overdue.

View your patient list.

On iOS, select Patients.

On Android, select > Patients.

View a list of options.

On iOS, select Show.

On Android, select and hold a patient's name.

Select Fluid Balance.
The input and output totals for the day are displayed to the right of the patient's name.

From Inpatients > Patient List > double-click on a patient's name > Patient Detail , select Clinical.

From the Observations summary, select anywhere in the row for fluid balance.
Fluid balance due and overdue indicators are shown in the fluid balance summary next to the name of the chart and the fluid balance information.
The due time is always displayed.

If the text is blue, fluid balance is not due.

If the text has a green background, fluid balance is due.

If the text has a red background, fluid balance is overdue.
